About Us and our Development

Women of Many Faces was designed based on the desires of a woman after the heart of  all women. Phyllis Norville, Founder and Chief officer of the organization has a burning desire to eradicate the intoxicating component that creates the loss of drive and the lack of motivation that permeates through this generation of women. Because Phyllis believes in sister-hoods and female bonding; she and her BFF of 30 years plus, Kelita Claiboorne, Vice President came together with a sense of urgency to find ways to bring women together. The organization was created in April 2012 and moves forward  with much innovation in it's quest to connect women to one another for support, therapy, and sister-hood relationships. 

The organization board is comprised of Healthcare Professionals, Educators,  Professional Accountants, Business Administrators/Managers, Family Matriarchs, mothers and more. Together, these ladies come together with a desired likeness as it relates to women and family. It is through their own life struggles and challenges that these women strive to assist their communities of women to support their families and while doing so, provide the women they touch with encouragement to overcome whatever barriers they may seem to have. Women of Many Faces collectively believe that through "Christ" all things are possible and believe that each of them have been put here to support  women from all cultures and backgrounds. Women of Many Faces believe that even with different cultures and varied background; "We Are But One Woman"!
